Nov 1998 a Sacramento Superior court judge ordered me to remove parts of my website. Claiming it was harassment. Nov 4th 2002 that court order has
expired. There are no restraints on my speech via the internet. I'm using this site to tell my side of the story and to expose the girl who lied to the Sacramento DA's office, that she had been stalked. Her name? Marguerite Malain Jr. Also know as Mandye. In April of 2000 when I was being threatened with jail. Mandye posted her own website. Unbelievable how Sacramento can pick and choose who goes to jail for exercising their free speech. The reason for my website was simple. Expose my husband for cheating and the mistress who wouldn't mind her own business. Not illegal and certainly not violent. Any woman in my position would have done the same thing. This site is not for revenge. It is for justice and some kind of fairness. In Jan 2002 a judge ordered me not to even speak about Malain in a bad way. That order has been overturned. So because the 1st Amendment allows me to. I believe I have the right to call her what she is. A slut, a tramp, a skank and a whore.
One more thing ;don't preach to me about letting it go. I'm not angry or bitter. This isn't about my ex or his mistress. This is about my right as an American to the 1st Amendment.
