He has me served with a restraining order. Saying that I beat him up. He also wants me to
pay his credit cards. Which aren't in my name at all. He got my birthday wrong, and the year we were married. That ought to tell you something Well so he wants to play hardball. Ok! I then decided I have had enough of his lying. I filed a domestic violence complaint against him. He has on several. Occasions pushed, shoved, and slapped  me. He has also done the same with my kids, Don't ask me why I let it go. I was stupid. I'm smarter now. It didn't do him any good to change his phone number. Because right on the top line of the order he served me. Is his new phone number. Dumb as a stump……..

I attend a workshop to file a restraining order against him. So now I have a stay away order on him and criminal charges pending for domestic abuse.

Aug25
He's been harassing me with hang up calls, Another stupid move since I have caller ID, He was given 2 joint credit cards to use. If he agreed to make the payments. They both had zero balances on them. He used them and has not. paid on them for 4 months. He doesn't even open his own mail. I asked that any mail he got for me, be forwarded . His girlfriend does it all, That's a shame. She is moving out on Aug 27, Back to the dorm. Now what's he going to do?

Sept 1
Today was our court hearing. Nothing was solved. It's set for trial on Oct 23. He copped an attitude; from the minute he walked through the door. He proceeded to sit next to me, in a waiting area, reserved for victims of domestic abuse. My lawyer asked him to leave. He dug in his heels and refused to move. So we had to call an officer for help. The officer asked him to wait upstairs. At that time he said he wasn't moving. So he was told again; firmly. He did move upstairs. He walked around with his nose in the air. Acting like he was in the right. Well the judge did not see it that way. I waited for him to leave so I could get to my car without incident. He left, then came back and stood right next to me. Hoping for a confrontation. Well he didn't get it. My lawyer held him there. Until I was safely to my car.

Sept 29
I had a very good friend of mine serve Robert his divorce papers 1 also got a court order giving me possession of the car he is driving. I took it because he is driving without insurance, and I'm still the registered owner. He did not give up the car keys.

Oct 1
Robert has made false accusations about me to social workers. He is claiming that I tie my girls up with phone cords arid lock them in closets. After I gave the worker a tour of my home. He could clearly see that there were no closet doors in my house. He also claimed I was calling them names and hitting them. Of course he is in denial about this. Since he was the one that slapped my daughters; and called them names.

Oct 2
After several attempts to persuade Robert to give me the car keys. I finally had to hire someone to tow it for me. At a cost of $200. Well worth it, just to see the look on his face. Lucky for me; my insurance is going to pay for it. I video taped the whole thing. I had the car towed from his work. All without violating the restraining order he has on me; to stay 100 yards away from his work. Later that day his girlfriend called. I instructed my daughter to tell her I had nothing more to say to her. And then she hung up the phone. I also have call blocking on my phone to keep him and his hoochie from calling me.

Oct 23
In court regarding the restraining order. The court clerk comes out and asks us if we have any exhibits. I respond with a yes; while the 2 dummies look clueless and ask "What's an exhibit? Duh!l! not to smart are we? She claims that she is a criminal justice honor student. I'm beginning to think she is also a pathological liar, as he is. The judge does not allow him to admit his so called witness statements into evidence. They needed to testify in person under oath. I've read these statements. Pure fiction. One witness says that he could see everything through the van windows. That isn't possible with double coated limo tint on the windows at a distance of 200 feet., at dusk. Another witness claims he saw my 14 year old daughter drive off in the van. Now that is very funny. She has never been behind the wheel of a car. She's too young to have a drivers license. This witness also said that I had called Thor's work and demanded to talk to him. Insisting on speaking with the manager. The day in question was Aug 27th. 1 was in Santa Cruz Aug 21 through Aug 28.1 had the hotel receipt to prove it. So he now has his friends  lie for him. The judge ordered mutual restraining orders on conduct only. And I can contact him in writing. Well. dufus. and his gf left the court room without getting the order. I have mine. But he doesn't have his. Like I need a piece of paper to stay away from this idiot, loser. NOT!! He's not worth it.
