Order to Show Cause hearing. After taking the car and hiding it from him. We went to court to see who got possession of it, Facts: I bought the car. And Thor used it. He has told everyone that he bought it. But he only makes $1200 a month. After rent, food and bills. That doesn't leave enough for a car payment. I took it because he was driving without insurance, lam the registered owner. Therefore lam responsible if gets into an accident. I told him he could have it back if he showed prove of insurance. He comes into court with an insurance policy for 1 month. He paid $157 for 1 month. The judge ordered temporary possession of the car to him. I tell the judge that I would rather not tell him where the car was. That if he gave me the keys. I would go get it. Standing outside the courtroom I asked for the keys. He of course pulls this macho attitude with me. He doesn't have the keys. That's when I tell him; I don't think you can drive it anyway. You see it has locking steering. I had to tear apart the steering column to move it. He gets pissed off. And as he was walking away he said. "It's over, when you're dead". Then I log onto PURERAGE. And see that his gf has left me a message. Saying that they found the car and that the screwdriver that was used to hack off the steering column had my fingerprints all over it and that she was going to somehow turn me in. To whom I have no idea. The car is my property. The judge and the police have told him. That I have the right to do whatever I want to my property. So there is nothing he can do about it. Until I sign off the pink slip. Which he won't do. He must love misery. They found the car. Because I sent them the receipt for towing. Another Duh! And they think they are sooo smart, I never wanted the car. Just wanted to make him miserable for awhile. He did agree to pay his share of the bills, finally. I have filed a police report on him about the threats. So we will see how he likes a taste of his own medicine.

I have contacted a lawyer. And he has given me some information that will keep this tied up in court for a very long time. I have all the time and patience in the world. Thor on the other hand works nights. And has to take time off from work and sleeping to come to court. I've given him a chance to settle this. All he has to do is say "He's sorry" and admit what he did was wrong. But Mr. Macho won't do that. And I'm not letting him get away with what he did. So I filed a Interterogatory. It's used for the request of records. Bank statements, credit card receipts etc.  As the lawyer tells me. I can ask him to account for every penny he spent on that whore. You see, California is a community property state. And any money he spent on her during the marriage. Is misappropriation of martial funds. I have the right to know where it was spent. And he has to pay me back. Either in property or cash. My daughter also noticed a ring on her finger. That to is community property. I can ask for the ring or the amount he paid for it. He has made my life a living HELL. So now he is going to get it right back 10 fold. I'm going to hold the final judgment hostage. Without that, he has no chance of freedom. Legally I will remain his wife. Don't get me wrong. I don't want him back. Wife is just a title, But it is a sore spot with him. He doesn't deserve ally kind of happiness. If and when he gets an education. He just might figure it out. How to file the divorce on his own. He also claimed he left me. When it is clear who the plaintiff is, in this divorce. I threw him out on his ear. But if it makes him feel better to tell that lie. So be it. Everyone else knows the truth.

Mandye's mother calls me; to find out what the whole story is. I proceed to tell her that Thor is a violent, hot tempered person. And that she needs to get her daughter far away from him, Thor is not what Mandye's mother wants for her daughter. He is uneducated, dirt poor, a liar and cheater. That says it all.

I receive a letter from the DA's office. They want to revoke my probation. Because allegedly I sent some kind of letter to him. Therefore violating a court order. However the handwriting isn't mine. But it sure looks like hers.

Nov 30
I go to court to defend myself. And Mandye shows up. But Thor doesn't. It seems as though, his girlfriend cannot keep her nose out of our business. She has taken up his cause. She holds his band. Plays mommy to him and even wipes his butt. Court ordeal to be continued.

Dec 9
I file a divorce default. You see Thor is to stupid to realize he hasn't responded to the dissolution. If he doesn't respond. He forfeits all his rights to make decisions on how things will be divided.

I'm ordered by the court to shut down this site. The judge said it was stalking and harassment. I complied temporarily because I didn't want to be in jail for Christmas. I have 5 people at home who depend on me. Yes the judge said I would go to jail if did not remove this story. He has misused his authority. And has stripped me of my right to free speech. This is far from over. I will be contacting the ACLU; and I'm fighting this. I may go to jail.
