Robert files a motion for a settlement trial. I file a counter motion to dismiss it. Because he has not filed a response. The judge denies his request for a settlement trial. The judge informs Robert he needs to file a motion to set aside the "Default Judgment". Of course he doesn't know how to. And the judge cannot help him. So he has to pay for an attorney. He can't do that either. No money. So I win this round.

Once again his girlfriend decides to interfere. She helps him file contempt charges on me. Claiming I had destroyed the car. I think she is tired of paying for him and his mistakes. Well the judge dismisses the charges. Because the car was returned. Even though he was the one that went to get it. Well that is round 2. I win 2 He loses all. As I was leaving, his gf flips me off. Gosh that must be the extent of her IQ. They have tried to put me in jail. And have not succeeded. So they are both going to go after my money. They won't succeed there either.

This is where the story ends. As I was threatened with jail if I did not remove it.
